IR Journal of Medical and Clinical Research is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed journal. All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, allowing readers to access, read, download, copy, distribute, and use the published research without subscription or access charges, subject to the terms of the applicable license.

The journal supports the principle that unrestricted access to scientific literature promotes the exchange of knowledge, advances research, and contributes to improvements in medical and clinical practice.

Authors retain the copyright of their published work, subject to the publication agreement and the license under which the article is published. Authors and readers are expected to provide appropriate acknowledgement and citation of the original work when reusing or distributing published material.

There are no subscription barriers for readers. Any applicable article processing charges, copyright arrangements, and licensing conditions are communicated transparently to authors before publication.
